Doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars. Pressure dial gauge registers a complete range of processing pressures for precise canning. Works on gas, electric, smooth-top AND induction ranges.
