Far Niente Napa Valley Chardonnay has flavor and personality to spare, beautiful citrus and melon notes, a soupcon of honeysuckle, and even a pinch of minerality as you approach its refreshing and rewarding finish. Your first glass can't go down any easier if you've got it next to a crock of salmon rillettes flecked with chives accompanied by lots of toasted baguette slices. One of our go-to comfort food recipes for this Far Niente is chicken roasted with tangerines, garlic, rosemary, white wine and honey. It's like the wine was made for the dish, or the other way around. The oak in the wine makes grilled lobster with brown butter for dipping a no-brainer.
